in a little over a week i'll be helping out at acf. for those of you who don't know about the event; more info can be found here. in short its a giant year end party at ubc. the organizers call it "an experiment in crowd control." with lots of beer and booze anything can happen. if matt goods blog was still around (what happened to it anyway?) i would throw a link out there about what happened last year. anyways to get to my point i'll be volunteering at acf again this year. and before i get a flood of comments about why, myself, an sfu student would work at a ubc event; hey its for a good cause. good music, good people, good cause ...and a hell of a lot of drunk ubc students. that's what keeps me coming back. ...so many laughs.
