    Before I get back into the usual blog routine I wanna call attention to the performance of Ossie Davis in this week's episode of the L word. He played the role Bette's father dying of cancer. It was a portrayl of a man's last days as his systems failed and his mental state worsened. Ossie Davis died this spring not long after this episode was shot. Weeks before he died he gave his dying performance. If you enjoy quality acting I suggest you give this man's curtain call a viewing.
